Frequently asked questions.

What Info is needed for a session?

All that is needed is a First and Last name, DOB, the topic you’d like to have worked on for the session (could be emotional baggage, physical ailment, or mental block, for example), and an email so I can send you the session results.

What can be expected after a session?

Well, that depends on what topic we’re working on. Some people report feeling emotionally lighter, some report no pain or physical ailment anymore, and some find their mental blocks (writer’s block, for example), are gone and they’re clearer thinking now. Some people report just feeling happier overall.

What does a typical session look like?

After the info needed for the session is collected, we can schedule a day for the session to happen. The day of, I’ll message you to let you know I’ve started, message you once I’m finished, and then email you the results found and cleared during the session. Very rarely, I’ll have a question during the session, but can usually proceed without having it answered right away. The client is to carry on their day as scheduled; no need to change anything for the session. And yes, you can have work done while riding in a car, or even at work.

how long does a session normally take?

Sessions are normally about 20 minutes, and then another 20 or so for me to type up the results to be emailed. Sessions may take longer or shorter depending on what’s being worked on.

do you offer in-person sessions?

No. All of my work is remote via text and/or email because that is what is best for my family.

What i can do to make the session more effective?

I’ve found that people who hold the door open to the possibility of this work being successful have the best results. If you don’t believe it’s going to work, you won’t see the best results. And if you’re ready for the next step, it is recommended to drink plenty of water before the session. We’re conductive by nature, and water helps us with that, making the sessions more effective.

Do you offer any discounts?

Always feel free to reach out, and I’d love to answer any questions you might have regarding this topic.

when you talk about mental blocks, what can that include?

Mental blocks are usually intention energies, but can also involve emotions, and other mental energies. These can look like creativity blocks (like writer’s block), church trauma and not wanting to go back to church, not wanting to eat healthily, not wanting to work out… really, the sky is the limit when it comes to what we’re able to release.

IS THIS LIKE REIKI?

No. Reiki uses spirit guides/ancestors/angels during their sessions, and I don’t align with their methodology. When I do a session, it’s just me and the Holy Spirit, and “In the name of Jesus” is how I release these frequencies. God is welcome to send angels if he wants to, but I’m not about to tell him how to help me.

DO YOU SAY A PRAYER DURING THE SESSION?

Yes. I pray before the session and after, and sometimes during if it’s a traumatic release for the client.

WILL THESE FREQUENCIES COME BACK ONCE RELEASED?

No. Once they’re released, they’re gone permanently. Now, if a client is in the same troublesome environment as before when the original set of frequencies were created, they might create new negative trapped frequencies in their bodies as a response to that environment. The goal is to get the body to a healthier place so it’s able to release and shed these frequencies on their own.
